For online orders, the billing and shipping address on the order must match or we will cancel the order. For any order exceeding $1000, we require a photo ID with matching name and billing / shipping addresses.
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless shipping to a P.O. Box. Delivery dates at checkout are just estimates and are not guaranteed.

If order is placed after 12pm it will not be shipped until the following business day. Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday.
As of 09/15/23, we now charge a flat $25 restocking fee for all cancelled orders.
For in-store pickup orders, you must bring your physical card and ID to the store you are picking the order up at and the name on the order must match the name on the ID that you present at checkout.
